Take a hike to a nearby pond, try your hand at catching a trout (in season). Have a traditional boil-up over a blasty bow, or in a winter's tilt like our forefathers used when wintering on the island. Go with a local guide to check rabbit snares, and perhaps get to taste some fresh game from the great outdoors.
